Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Wisconsin

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote, outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Day-to-day involves standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups), comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Clinicians have control over schedule, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population. An integrated care model provides in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Wisconsin license and autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP. Outpatient psychiatric care experience required. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry model and EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total annual on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, consisting of base salary plus monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up).
