Clinical Specialist, Spanish Speaking (CDCES)

Omada Health is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Clinical Specialist with CDCES certification to support its diabetes, hypertension, GLP-1, and cholesterol programs. This is a full-time remote role guiding members through Omada's digital self-management program and delivering high-quality cardiometabolic education and coaching.

You will leverage Omada's online platform and curriculum to monitor members' blood glucose, blood pressure, labs, and health maintenance milestones. Using data-driven outreach, you'll counsel members at key moments, interpret CGM data, and serve as a clinical leader within a digital care coaching practice. The role translates traditional face-to-face diabetes education into the digital environment.

Requirements include fluency in Spanish; an active, unrestricted CDCES certification through CBDCE; minimum 1 year as a CDCES or 3+ years in the diabetes field; an active RN (or RDN/RD) license with 5+ years of experience; a bachelor's degree; and working knowledge of CGM technology. Bonus: type 1 diabetes experience, informatics training, or prior digital health/telehealth work.

Compensation: $79,200–$103,500 depending on geography (CA/NY/WA at the higher end), plus annual cash bonus. Fully remote, work-from-home culture.
