Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - West Virginia

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote outpatient psychiatric care. PMHNPs deliver 100% remote outpatient care to lower-to-moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinicians work in an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, and receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Clinical decision-making is preserved without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC; active, unrestricted West Virginia license with autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience; outpatient psychiatry experience including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy; comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency.

Compensation: Full-time W-2, total on-target earnings $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp).
