Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - New Jersey

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice hiring experienced PMHNPs for fully remote, outpatient telepsychiatry care. You'll treat lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) with standard session lengths of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

The model emphasizes clinical autonomy: you control your schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient panel composition. There's no pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. An integrated care model provides in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, and full operational support handles scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

W-2 employment with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp). Requirements: PMHNP-BC board certification, active unrestricted New Jersey license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP experience in outpatient psychiatric care including comprehensive evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and psychoeducation/supportive therapy. Comfort with telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.
