Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Kentucky

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment to experienced PMHNPs. This is a 100% remote, outpatient telepsychiatry role serving lower to moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage required.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Talkiatry provides full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing, plus an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

Requirements include board certification (PMHNP-BC), an active unrestricted Kentucky license with autonomous practice authority, and a minimum of 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience. Candidates should be comfortable practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model and proficient with EMRs.

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, comprised of base salary and monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
