Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Illinois

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employed PMHNPs a fully remote outpatient telepsychiatry role. Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Standard session structure: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, plus full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Clinicians control their schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient panel composition, with clinical decision-making free from pressure to shorten visits or increase volume. Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Illinois license and autonomous practice authority; minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience; outpatient psychiatric care experience including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy; comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model; EMR proficiency. Compensation: Full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity incentive, guaranteed during onboarding ramp).
