Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Connecticut

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote outpatient psychiatric care. PMHNPs deliver telepsychiatry to lower-to-moderate acuity adult populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD) using standard session lengths of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure within clinical standards, and patient population. Full operational support is provided including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. Integrated care model offers in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted Connecticut license and autonomous practice authority. Minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry and EMR proficiency required.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+ (base plus monthly productivity, guaranteed during onboarding ramp-up).
