Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - California

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 PMHNP roles in a fully remote outpatient model. Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower-to-moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard sessions are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Practice within an integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists, supported by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing teams.

Clinicians have control over schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Clinical decision-making is not pressured by visit length or volume targets.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted California NP license (103 or 104), minimum 4 years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience, comfort with telepsychiatry, and EMR proficiency. Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with on-target earnings of $180K–$215K+ (base plus monthly productivity, with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp).
