Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Delaware

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering W-2 employment for experienced PMHNPs. The role is 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD). Standard session lengths are 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups. No inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.

Clinicians have control over their schedule, weekly availability, session structure (within clinical standards), and patient population. Operational support includes scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing. An integrated care model provides an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.

Day-to-day work includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, with documentation in the EMR.

Requirements: Board-certified PMHNP-BC, active unrestricted Delaware license with autonomous practice authority, minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience, outpatient psychiatric experience, and comfort with a fully remote telepsychiatry model.

Compensation: Full-time W-2 with total on-target earnings of $180K–$215K+ (base plus monthly productivity), with guaranteed incentive during onboarding ramp-up.
