Job description
The Health Coach Consultant utilizes a holistic approach to support members in managing their health conditions. This role involves telephonic coaching, assessing member needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Requires active RN license, 3+ years of clinical experience, and strong communication skills. BSN preferred. Salary range: $70,000–$90,000.

What you bring
