Clinical Team Lead - Behavioral Health (Ohio RISE)

Support day-to-day operations of a behavioral health clinical team serving the Ohio RISE program. The Team Lead is the first point of contact for staff on clinical issues, mentors team members on practice standards and quality of interventions, supports onboarding of new staff, monitors quality, triages assignments, and leads projects. No direct supervisory authority, but requires deep understanding of workflows, policies, and procedures. May carry a personal case load. Partners with leadership to ensure adherence to plan sponsor performance targets and develops/implements program policies. Serves as a content expert and mentor regarding problem resolution and critical thinking, and communicates effectively with diverse audiences.

Must reside in Ohio. Core hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with occasional weekend flexibility. Up to 10% travel with mileage reimbursement. Salary range $60,522–$129,615 plus bonus eligibility.

Requires an unrestricted Ohio RN license with psychiatric specialty/certification/experience, or independent behavioral health licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT). 5+ years clinical practice in behavioral healthcare, 2+ years managed care experience (preferably UM), 2+ years healthcare management, and 1+ year EMR documentation experience required.
