Job description
Provide telephonic triage and clinical advice to patients using evidence-based protocols. Assess symptoms, determine urgency, and direct callers to appropriate care settings. Document interactions in electronic health record. Requires active RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience. BSN preferred. Salary range: $65,000–$85,000.
