Job description

Analyze, evaluate, and communicate how Maven's virtual clinic support for women and families impacts clinical outcomes (e.g., preterm birth, mental health) and business outcomes (e.g., productivity, ROI). Work with self-reported platform data and healthcare claims data to answer questions about clinical impact and craft materials for current and prospective clients. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Data, Product, and Clinical Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Design retrospective and prospective analysis plans to evaluate health outcomes and ROI
  • Quantitatively analyze data using statistical software
  • Extract insights using Looker/SQL
  • Analyze healthcare claims and self-reported platform data
  • Collaborate with Product team on clinical programming analyses
  • Perform market research and inform clinical operations decisions
