Job description

Analyze how Maven's virtual care platform impacts clinical outcomes (preterm birth, mental health, conception) and collaborate with Product to develop care models. Mine self-reported, HIE, and platform data; craft white papers, scientific publications, and client-facing materials. Support evidence-informed product design by reviewing clinical guidelines and literature, sizing interventions, and translating evidence into care workflows.

Key responsibilities

  • Design retrospective and prospective evaluation projects
  • Quantitatively analyze data using R and SQL
  • Communicate research results to scientific community and clients
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Product teams on literature reviews and care workflow design

What you bring

  • Master's + 3 yrs or PhD in healthcare/public health
  • SQL and R coding
  • Statistical experience with adjusted regressions and SEM
  • Strong written/verbal communication
